Who Do You Blame If They Learn Nothing At Your Seminar?

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 9:01 pm

Ted, Alice, Pete and Rita are all attending the same seminar. They all expect to learn something, after all that’s why they are there. Trouble is they each have very individual and different ways of learning, so this seminar had better take this into account or some of them may come away disappointed.Ted had been to events before where he could not get satisfactory answers to his questions and was disappointed that he could not get to grips with the theories that were being promoted. The prospect of sitting through a day of presentations did not appeal to Alice . On previous seminars she had always blamed presenters for being uninteresting and longed for an opportunity to test new ideas out.Pete felt a bit like Alice did and always had the feeling that he did not have enough time to really think new ideas through. Sometimes he recognized that concepts were sometimes not clearly signposted and found them difficult to follow.Rita, on the other hand knew from previous experience that, if she could watch someone else demonstrating how to do something, that was worth hours of talk to her.If your workshop demands that the participants actually learn something, you need to be aware of the four learning styles that exist amongst the population. They are given the titles:* Theorist* Activist* Pragmatist* ReflectorThey all demand different things from a learning environment and so, it is in your interests to design the content of your workshop to appeal in some way to each learning style.Ted, for example, is a Theorist and likes to be challenged with interesting ideas and concepts and he will enjoy an opportunity to question the logic and the science behind the thinking.Alice is an Activist and likes to role-play and put new concepts into practice without too much preparation and she enjoys an opportunity to work through any problems with others in a team environment.Pete falls into a group called Pragmatists who have to understand the connection between new ideas and their existing map of the world. They also prefer an opportunity to practice a new way of doing things with a step-by-step model.Reflectors like Rita need time to consider the effects of change on every aspect of their job and their life. They are happy to observe others making changes but don’t like being pushed in at the deep end without plenty of preparation. All of this means that each workshop session should be divided into three sections:* An information presentation phase with checklists and process models to illustrate each major point.* An opportunity for people to ask questions and challenge the theory* Practice sessions where people can role play and make the theory work for them and allow others to observe.Using this type of structure for a workshop means that Ted, Alice, Pete and Rita will all experience the same material during the workshop but, because of their preferred learning styles, they each receive more benefit from certain elements. With a little care and attention to the composition and content of the material, they will all find the workshop to be a significant learning opportunity.

How To Leverage Income Opportunities

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 4:01 pm

The object of any business is to earn money. The exciting part of internet business is that ordinary people can still make extraordinary income online. However, the market is huge, global, and getting larger, more complex, by the minute. This means income margins are shrinking and competition is expanding.Leverage then becomes an important part of a business plan. So what is leverage and how can it be used for your business? The entire meaning and application of the word is intentionally obscured by success. The KEY is what some gurus call cracking the code. The h4h.biz approach is to expand the meaning and use of the word ?leverage? to apply to each of the key aspects of building your internet business. If you have checked out or tried any of the opportunities available today, you probably have noticed they all approach the market with a new, special, different, better, or some other very descriptive view of a system. What this indicates is a single basic system that is differentiated by the way it is used. For example, what makes the h4h.biz system different? Let?s start with 5 main benefits. First, the h4h.biz system is not rigid or unalterable. It is designed to be flexible and adaptable, to promote growth, and maintain steady streams of multiple income.Second, a basic trend in business is product life cycle. This means every product will enter the market, grow until it reaches its peak sales potential, then drop off to decline, and either stabilize or disappear. The products that become stable usually enjoy a long life cycle. Marginal products tend to just come and go. By recognizing the character and position of a product in its life cycle, significant benefits arise when leveraging your time and money investment as a means to profit from both stable and marginal offers.Third, because h4h.biz is adaptable and leverages income based on product life cycle, it doesn?t matter when you subscribe or what programs you are already part of, you will be able to benefit from information as it is made available.Fourth, h4h.biz presents both established and speculative opportunities. They are used as reference for comparative analysis. You may benefit by using the information from the free reports and training material to improve performance of your existing investments, whether you choose to buy the product or not.Fifth, subscribers can opt to leverage higher return on investment in newer rapid growth opportunities independently or in partnership with h4h.biz. Some speculative opportunities are posted on the h4h.biz web site and others are managed as joint ventures. How To Leverage Income Opportunities is generally a 3 step approach on how to prepare, launch, and manage your online business. More specifically, it?s based on well established methods to develop content, traffic, pre-sell, and monetizing skills. The next article will introduce you to organization techniques. Although some of the ideas are quite well known, shortcuts, secrets, and sidesteps are always popping up in unexpected ways.

How To Start An Internet Business (When You Are Already A Full Time Mom!)

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 3:01 pm

I have had my own internet business for over 8 years now, and I get many women asking how I do it, being a full time Mom to 5 kids and three stepkids, besides! There are some tricks to the trade, so if you are thinking about starting your own business, but have held back because your Mom job comes first, have hope. There are ways you can do it all, and everybody benefits!Tip #1 First, I have to admit, I am a fan of Dr. Phil. You may have heard one of his catchphrases??If Mom ain?t happy, ain?t nobody happy!? There is a good measure of truth to this statement. Let?s face it, most stay at home parents are still Moms. And lets face this too?if you are a stay at home Mom, YOU are the heart of your home. So if you are feeling like you deserve more for yourself?well, you do. EVERY stay at home Mom deserves top have something of her own, that helps identify her as a person separate from the squabbles and the dirty socks. And if you don?t have something of your own, chances are, you resent it. And if you don?t,.you probably will. So starting a business of your own is a good step towards creating that autonomy that we all need as humans. (Yes, you are still human, even at the 3 am feedings!) Everyone benefits from Mom expanding her world and her life?both emotionally and financially. So tip #1? Let go of the guilt and the martyrdom?start something for yourself!Tip #2 If the whole idea of starting your own business overwhelms you because you already have a sink full of two days worth of dishes and haven?t slept in 2 years?never fear. You just need a plan. Learn to organize your time, delegate tasks, and eliminate the unnecessary. There are many websites dedicated to helping you find your path, and getting you into a place where you suddenly find all that lost time! Try www.organizedhome.com and www.flylady.net to get you started.Tip #3 Lastly, you need to learn to believe in yourself, and take your own path. You don?t have to be running a Fortune 500 company in order to be successful. You can work an online business part time until the children are all in school, and adjust your time at the job to how much money you need to make, and how much time you have. Women are the fastest growing group of business owners, and the day has come for you to believe you can have what you want in this life, without sacrificing your family to do it. You were put here for a reason?and while your children may be your primary purpose, realize that you also have a tremendous ability to touch others lives as well. Now find out how you are going to do that, and make a way for yourself!

Make Money And Avoid Scams

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 12:01 pm

If I were you I’d be skeptical also. The Internet is so full of scams, it’s hard to surf for ten minutes without stepping into one! These scams give legitimate programs and opportunities a bad name.I’ve been ripped off many times, but it rarely happens anymore. I can easily tell when an online job or program is for real, and when it’s not. Here’s what you need to do:1. Look for real proofs of earnings and testimonials. If an online job tells you that you can earn $1,000 a day working for them online, look for proof! Do they have proof of earnings clearly on display? If they don’t, they’re probably not for real! Are there testimonials from real people on the site? Are people making money? This is very important to look for.2. Is there a guarantee? When evaluating a job or online opportunity, you must look for a solid guarantee. When there is a guarantee, you know that the owner stands behind his or her job or program. They are willing to let you test it out risk free! Now that’s confidence. When there’s a guarantee you really have nothing to lose.3. Trust the experts!People like myself have spent years getting burned on online opportunities and have amassed a lot of knowledge on how to spot a real, profitable job or online opportunity. Visit review sites such as www.nateharding.com/data/ that have already evaluated and tested the opportunities you are currently looking at.Let the mistakes of others save you money.4. Start slow and don?t panic.Starting a new online job can be a bit scary. Even when you join you may feel lost or unsure if this is for you. You must give it a chance! There is a learning curve with anything in life, and it may take some time for you to learn exactly what to do. You will receive training and support, so use it! If you need help, ask for it. Remember, you can make money online. Tons of people are doing it, and they were all beginners at one time.5. Work it for real. When you decide to take an online job or join an online opportunity, treat it as a real, offline business. Since it?s online and usually done from home, many people don?t treat it like a real offline job.To succeed, you must treat your new online job like a real online job. Don?t slack off. Set a schedule. Remember, you only get back what you put it.Put as much into your new online job as possible, and it will reward you.
